SignUPplay’s property

The SignUPplay name, logo, website, and software are owned by SignUPplay. You receive a right to use the product while your account is in good standing. You may not copy the software, resell access to it, or present the product as your own platform.

Your content

You keep ownership of the organization name, logos, event descriptions, photos, questions, and waivers you upload. You give SignUPplay permission to host, display, and back up that material so the event page and the registration can work. That permission ends when the material is deleted, except for copies we must keep for a payment, a waiver, or a legal obligation.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including a player photo and a team mark. SignUPplay does not review every file in advance.

What you may not do

  • Copy event listings, rosters, or other data with a script or a scraper.
  • Reverse engineer the service, or share a login so someone else can operate a competing product on it.
  • Use the SignUPplay name or logo in a way that suggests we run your event.

Copyright complaints

Contact SignUPplay if you believe something on a page uses your work without permission. Include the page address, a description of the work, and a way to reach you. We will review it and, where the claim holds, remove or disable the material.
