A $120 registration
On a $120 entry, the SignUPlay platform fee is $2.20. That is 1% plus $1. Stripe’s card fee is separate and is paid to Stripe, not to us.
If the event is free, or nobody pays, that platform fee is $0.

Are there monthly fees?
No. There is no subscription. The platform fee is charged only on a paid registration.
Can we pass the fee to families?
Yes. The platform fee can be added at checkout, absorbed by the organization, or built into the price you publish.
Who holds the money?
You do. Payments are processed on the Stripe account the organization connects. SignUPlay does not sit on those funds.
Is there a contract?
No. Open an organization when you are ready. The platform fee applies only when a registration is paid, and the Stripe account stays yours.
